Because my policy is I don't create accounts for positions, only for people
and then I alias positions to accounts. With IMAP shared folders, which
aliased mail can easily be directed to with Sieve, there's no reason to
create non-people accounts. If there was a way to tie a share to an
identity and have the identity easily assigned to a different person, that
might work too but many of the same issues apply.

Problem is someone may terminate employment prior to their replacement being
hired and I don't want to have to think about unassigning a share or
identity, prior to deleting their account. I just want it to be around
forever and only modify permissions on it and not think about it accidently
being deleted when an account is deleted.
