Yes, that's what I was thinking of at first (coming from webcalendar.sf.net,
which does this).
But it's much harder since you have to track the eventid, and to solve
potential conflicts.
Your patch would do fine for me, but of course if you feel like implementing
the whole "overwrite previous import" thing, I'd be more than happy.
