Removing the readonly attribute from Turba's sources (see bug: 2074) broke
the  handling of permissions on dynamically configured IMSP sources (sources
such as another user's addressbook that the current user has rights to). 
The IMSP server will still honor the permissions, not letting a user do
something they shouldn't, but Turba will still let the user try.

I'm currently working on integrating the IMSP acl's into the horde
permissions system to fix this...something I probably should have done from
the beginning ;)
