Looks like not much has happened with the installer.  I'm not clear on what
you were thinking with regard to the URL that is posted.

My goal was to get the minimal packages loaded so that we could use the gui
to finish the install.

Maybe add a module that would allow HEAD versions of other modules to be
installed right from the gui as well.
