I browse the bugs and enhancements submitted periodically to see what kind
of new stuff people are interested in and to see what kinds of issues are
causing problems.  To do that, I have to do a search for all modules, and
then have the browser render a large table with thousands of rows, which can
be painfully slow (especially when moving back and forth between the index
page and a specific bug).  With pagination in Whups, I'd be able to view the
last 20 with out having to drag the other 2178 along.
