Its seems that notifications are showing up in the IMP compose screen that
shouldn't be there.  If you have audio notification of new mail on and you
login to the portal screen and open a compose window, the audio notification
kicks in.  If you're over quota, and open a compose window, that notice is
displayed at the top of the compose window.

I can see notifications being pushed to compose, if they are relevant to
that window (i.e. adding an attachment, etc.)  But quota warnings?
