Is PHP segfaulting?  Are you running with display errors=On?  I'm not going
to reopen this bug on a single error report with incomplete details when
thousands of others using Horde/IMP (w/Courier) do not have this issue.

Also, looking at your configuration, you need 'INBOX.' in either folders or
namespace or Courier probably won't work correctly.
