If you search for tickets and find results and click on a ticket to read it,
there is not an easy way to get back to the search results you just
generated, from the ticket.  There are Next, Prev, and List links, but no
Back to Search Results link.  It would be helpful to have a back link, to
prevent the need to either use the Back button of the browser, or having to
do a New Search that replicates the old one.
