When running the ingo filter conversion script found in ingo/scripts, users
are assigned filters that do not belong to them. When those users login to
check their e-mail, all mail in their INBOX folder is filtered to the Trash
folder, and in some cases tries to filter into non-existent folders. The
script also increased the DB size by 100x plus. The script was run
following the directions contained within the script. It was run against a
user list containing over 30K entries, one entry per line. DB is postgres
7.4 in a Solaris 9 environment.
