We are using Horde as a third party software that comes with Sw Soft's Plesk
Windows version 7.5.4 system. It has Horde IMP H3 (4.0.1) attached to this
system. When a customer receives a new (unread) email to his mailbox, it's
never seen as BOLD either in the navigation bar or in the inbox. So,
currently there is no way for a customer to differenciate a read or unread
email. We tried to contact with Plesk Windows technicians, however they said
we need contact with you. Please let us know if this is a bug, or is it
something related to Plesk Windows system? Is there any available fix for
it?
