You should use the print "theme" like we do in other Horde apps, and add a
print button to invoke it. That way you won't have to duplicate things like
hiding the menu in Hermes' print stylesheet.

Also, is there a reason you set the approval div to visibility: none rather
than display: none for screen viewing?
