I can't reproduce this.  The only time I can sort of reproduce this is if I
switch languages in the middle of a session - then the cached value of INBOX
in IMAP_Tree and the folder drop-down lists are not updated to the new
language.  I can fix the folder trees by simply refreshing on the folders
screen, but I have to logout/login before I see it fixed elsewhere.

This might instead be an issue with namespace detection or something
similiar.
