Last commit works normal in my environment (Cyrus IMAP Server  2.2.3 on
Redhat Enterprise Linux 3). I can see all my folders, I'm not using shared
folders. However I can't see any attachments in messages. I haven't seen any
commits for MIME so I think this will be connected.
