Hello,

I've recently installed IMP (4.0.3 H3) on horde 3.0.5. It works fine, but
somtimes after the emails have been listed, the table breaks up and the
"Select:", "Mark As:" etc. options do not appear , as if some component
crashes doesn't produce any output. Below is part of the HTML produced, from
the last message onwards.  I've not been able to determine why and when it
happens, it happens maybe 20% to 25% of the time and seems random, it might
happen after a refresh or a filtering, but not always. I've not been able to
find errors in apache or horde logs.

Other details: I'm running apache 
Apache/2.0.54 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.54 OpenSSL/0.9.7e PHP/4.4.0.

Will provide other details on request.
