In IMP when viewing the INBOX if you mouse over a subject the anchor <A>
tag's title parameter is displayed in a pop-up bubble.  This bubble
automatically sizes itself to hold the content.  If there are no spaces and
the content is longer than the default size, the content overflows the
bubble.   For example, the following subject will overflow its bubble:

RotoWire_Player_Update_-_Matt_Lawton
 

Even though longer subjects with spaces will get a larger bubble.  For
