The sidebar should be fixed now - child folders will be able to be expanded
again.    The drop-down list in IMP works fine for me (all levels are
displayed with correct indentation).  Create/rename folder from the folders
screen should work.  Still TODO: appending the default namespace to all
mailbox preference values.
