This is a general placeholder/note, unless Matt wants to go hog wild with it
or something. :) Generally: we can't always use <h1> for our headers since
we put stuff floated to the right in them, which isn't legal. But if there's
only text inside a header-only table or a <div class="header">, use the <h1>
tag instead for better semantics.
