This seems to be a problem with enter_key_trap.js and associated code, but
my JavaScript-fu is not such that I know how to fix this.

I'm using FireFox 1.0.2.  I've upgraded to the CVS HEAD of enter_key_trap.js
and login.inc (revisions 1.2.10.1 and 2.80, respectively) and flushed my
cache, and I'm still seeing this behavior.
