We just have to issue a NEWGROUPS [YY]yymmdd hhmmss ["GMT"|"UTC"]
[<distributions>] command:
telnet localhost 119
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
200 graf.pompo.net InterNetNews server INN 2.3.3 ready
MODE READER
200 graf.pompo.net InterNetNews NNRP server INN 2.3.3 ready (posting ok).
NEWGROUPS 020101 010101
231 New newsgroups follow.
Inn undertstands that, and I think that most server do. But I have not found
something like that within c-client.
