I'm running the latest CVS, as of now.

I can create a ticket and put it in a queue.  When I attempt to re-assign
the ticket to a new queue using 'Set Queue', however, I cannot get the
process to complete.  

When I click the 'Set Queue' tab, Step 1 comes up (New Queue, Comment).  I
can select a new queue and add a comment.  This seems to work fine.  I
submit it.

Set Queue Step 2 appears.  I can select queue version and type.  When I
click 'submit', however, nothing happens -- it just re-displays step 2.

Fearing that I might be caught up on a permissions problem, I gave myself
all permissions at the Tickets, Queues, and individual queues, but it has
not helped.

It's been a few weeks since I've done a CVS update prior to this, and
everything was working before.  I am assuming this is some sort of bug, but
it could be some other problem entirely.  Any help or guidance you can
provide would be appreciated.
