the (standardized) timezone names you use in Horde.
However, phpinfo() does report thru the whole process of correct and
incorrect times:
Environment: TZ America/New York
PHP Variables: _ENV["TZ"] America/New York
Same standardized timezone names you use in Horde... Again, I can't think
of why only Horde brings this out.
