On a related note, deleting messages from the message view works fine,
*except* for when you try to delete the only remaining message in the
virtual INBOX.  In this case, the message is deleted from the server but the
screen does not update and continues to display the same message view.

Using latest CVS, UW IMAP, Firefox 104
