Latest CVS update to weatherdotcom.php 1.56 seems to have broken the proper
display of the portal block.  Instead of displaying information
horizonatally, it seems to display vertically.  Hard to describe in words,
so I've attached a small screen shot.  The block continues down beyond the
screenshot, but you should get the idea.  Reverting to 1.55 restores
functionality.
