1) Sent Mail folder still can not be saved in identities window. IMP is
trying to create folder ".Sent Mail" instead of "Sent Mail".

2) Is it possible to hide "user" namespace if user don't have any viewable
public mailboxes under it, and user don't have permission to create one?
