The dates shown when running cvsps from Chora are incorrect.  The reason is
that the dates formatted when setting $commitDate and $readableDate in
patchsets.php are the dates from the cvsps output - not unix timestamps.

Patch attached to convert the date read from cvsps to a unix timestamp using
strtotime()
