Could you add this patch and then I think the cosmetic things for vtrash are
handled?  This just adds a conditional to show the Empty Trash icon if
use_trash and a trash folder is set, OR use_vtrash is set.  Previously, if
using Virtual Trash, no Empty Trash icon was shown.
