There is no need to require a seperate "Attach" action anymore. I'm not sure
we should remove it, since the user can still set options once files are
uploaded. But especially since we can specify multiple attached files
without a page reload now, making the user remember to hit the "Attach"
button is unnecessary - we should automatically attach any selected files on
a send (or on another form submit, so we don't lose them - like Expand
Names, etc.).
