When performing a move from a turba share to another address book, the
source entry is deleted regardless of perms.  

On the same note, it is also possible to edit a source in a read only share
if you click on the edit action in the action bar.

We should also not show the actions such as move / edit / delete when perms
don't exist for the share.

I'll take care of these, posted here so I won't lose 'em...
