Just updated from HEAD.  Nuked my prefs, replaces all *.dist files.  Updated
the config, but did not turn on the caching code yet.

When deleting messages and *not* using any trash folder, the messages are
not flagged as deleted.  When using a trash folder the message is moved and
deleted from the inbox.

Log file shows:
