I noticed that new virtual inboxes were being created with every login. I
nuked my prefs, made sure all *dist files were latest HEAD (as of 11:13PM
EST).

Now what happens is this: When I log the first time after removing all my
prefs, I get a Virtual Inbox folder, but the icon is the one for the virtual
trash folder. If I click on it, I get a 'virtual folder not found'
notification. If I log out and back in, I get two virtual inboxes - the one
with the trash icon that does not work - and a new one that has a regular
folder icon, but works as expected. If I log out and back in again, I get
three virtual inboxes - two of which work as expected etc...

The 'broken' virtual inbox looks like it has an identifier of '**vfolder_'
with no unique identifier after it.

Let me know if there is any other debug info I can provide.
