I've been running in non-trash delete mode for two days now (with mailbox
caching off), and I still have not been able to reproduce this once. 
deleting messages via either the mailbox screen or message screen correctly
marks the message as deleted, and it remains deleted no matter how many
times i reload the mailbox page.
