After an unsuccessfull login atempt, msie is redirected to
/horde/login.php?nocache=i7xegfvn1mg where the value of nocache parameter
varies. I also switched to use_ssl = 3 from use_ssl = 2 in global horde
config and switched of cache completely, but it had no effect. The problem
is only in msie, not in firefox or opera.
