When 'dotfiles' attribute in imp/config/servers.php is set to false, the
Folders section of IMP doesn't display dotfolders, but the "Open Folder"
pull-down menu in the top-right does.  That pull-down menu should obey the
'dotfiles' attr and behave like the IMP's Folders management component.
