I don't know if its related but if I click Fetch Mail while in my Inbox, and
download messages, I get returned to a different folder.  I also find that
from time to time if I use the navigation arrows in mailbox view, I'll jump
from one folder to another.  So it seems like there is an index off by one
somewhere, at least sometimes...
