This patch adds support for using a Kronolith calendar over WebDAV. It
simply combines the existing features such as import/export of iCalendar
files and the Horde WebDAV server.

Currently it only supports GET and PUT, I've tried to create a simple
PROPFIND but wasn't yet succesfull. It is however already usable in it's
current state. I'm using it for my own calendar in combination with Sunbird
on different Horde installations.
