Exactly, that's what I was talking about. There is no need to keep the
current ics.php if webdav.php provides the same features, but we also don't
want another script.

My fault, I thought I only added the webdav driver in 3.1. But it still
doesn't make sense to make this work with Horde 3.0, because the 3.1 driver
already implements PROPFIND for example. So you should rely on Horde 3.1,
reuse what's there, detect it, and simply send an HTTP error to the client
if you recognized an older version.
