Regarding PUT/GET: GET is already implemented and works fine. Go with any
webdav browser (cadaver, konqueror, etc) to /horde/rpc.php.
PUT is missing yet, mostly because the reasons I mentioned (having to map
PUTted file names to object IDs in Horde). If is going to be added, it
should use the APIs' import() methods.

Regarding directories: why do you want to have a flat webdav directory
structure? How do you want to specify which calender PUTted events should go
to?
