No, I don't think we should support adding of calendars through WebDAV. It's
not such a burden to request users to create calendars first before using
them from an external client.

It doesn't exist yet. It's based on WebDAV, that's why I started
implementing that first. Next would have been GroupDAV, and CalDAV at the
last because it's the most heavy-weight DAV solution.
