When un-checking IMP option "Compose messages in a separate window", when
wanting to not have a pop-up when composing a new message, after clicking on
"New Message", I get something like this:

And then a horde logo. I will attach an image.

>From some testing, when clicking on "New Message", the URL looks like this:

The Title of the page is: "Mail::Resume your session"

If I remove &amp, then it seems to work:
https://site.com/imp/compose.php?Horde=a685a58e125aaa8b9ec3a5eb1a3c9094
And title is here "Mail::Message Composition"
