I have to Login 3 times before actually getting to read an e-mail.

When I click on the bookmark to my Horde e-mail, a pop-up window requests
user name and password. 

After entering those, a page comes up with "Welcome to Horde", a language
selection and LOGIN button.

After selecting Login, the left toolbar comes up and "Welcome to Mail"
across the top, but "Login failed", the language selector and Login button
are on the right side.  At this point it sometimes shows the e-mail list on
the right side, but then it will go to the "Login failed" message as soon as
I click on anything.
