This report is for gollem1.0.1.  There appears to be a missing configtab
section in the conf.xml file.  In the 1.0 version, you are given the choices
for File Manager settings, Menu Settings, and Backend Settings.  With 1.0.1
you are only shown the User Capabilities and Constraints.  In the 1.5.2.1
version of the conf.xml file, I added this as line 4
<configtab name="general" desc="General"> 
and this as line 22
 </configtab>

Now I have a general section that shows File Manager Settings and Menu
settings.
