Not too sure about this one.  If a browser doesn't support javascript, these
links will break, so its not recommended to use links in this manner.  But
as it is, they do nothing anyway, if your browser doesn't support
javascript.  But if a browser doesn't support javascript, you wouldn't be
able to select address books either..
