Steps to reproduce:

1. If you use only one calendar add a second one.
2. Hide one of your calendars using the "My Calendars" list box on the right
side of the menu pane.
3. Delete all calendars except the one you just hid.
4. The only remaining calendar stays hidden.

The only way to unhide this calendar is to add another calendar so that the
"My Calendars" list box is shown again.
