I've checked that my locale (America, Chicago) is correct. The invites
originate from CENTRAL time, and are incorrectly adjusted to +2 hours.
Oddly, if I add an invite from PACIFIC time, it correctly adjusts by +2
hours. They can't BOTH be +2 hours!

Note, my webhost servers are in pacific time, but my own profile is set
correctly.
