When setting up turba I was getting warnings about an error with the
Net/IMSP.php script on line 2.  After opening the file I noted that there
was a blank line at the beginning of the file before the <?php.  Removing
the line fixed the warnings.  [This is with the 3.0.8 tar.gz release]
