Here is what I get when I try to extract the archive:

!   C:\TEMP\passwd-h3-3.0.tar.gz: CRC failed in
C:\TEMP\passwd-h3-3.0.tar.gz. The file is corrupt

WinRAR 3.20 under Windows 2000 Professional.

I don't know how many times to try this only to see it fail each time, but
fail it does nonetheless.  The 'difficulty' is not on my system, as I
extract numerous archives with various tools and have no problem. 
Suggestion?
