I'm able to replicate this under the following code:

Horde: 3.0.5
Imp: H3 (4.0.3)
Turba: H3 (2.0.3)
Firefox 1.5 on Linux

Per one of our users:
I have a mail list, lets call it mymaillist with thing1 at domain.com and
thing2 at domain.com.

In the To field, I type 'mymail' and hit enter. As I type 'mymail',
mymaillist appears in a list below the To field. Its possible that the
problem here is that my firefox browser form filling is what is messing
this up.

The To field is updated to read 'mymaillist: thing1 at domain.com,
thing2 at domain.com;'

The To field is still selected, so I use my mouse to select the Subject
field. When I do so, the To field is recalculated and displays
'.thing2 at domain.com, thing1 at domain.com'.

Notice that (1) 'mymaillist: ' is removed, (2) a dot is put at the
beginning
of the first address, (3) the addresses are reordered, and (4) the
semicolon
disappears from the end.

If I send the message, '.thing2 at domain.com' is invalid and the message is
not sent.
