I've been trying to clean this up a bit lately, but we still have a ways to
go.  As Chuck pointed out, this involves much more than passing around the
'thismailbox' parameter.  Mailbox indices lists, search parameters, etc.
also have to be adapted to work with multiple simultaneous session accesses.
 So it's a worthy goal, but one that is further down the road.
