This patch adds support for display of a URL that can be used by a desktop
calendar client, to subscribe to a Kronolith share.

There may also be a bug in the existing code - for the user's default share,
neither the calendar_url nor the calendar_subscription_url are displayed. 
They are left blank, and while a user can always assume that its their login
name, its never good to leave assumptions in the hands of users.
