cycling through all new mail in a user's account.  It is *not* meant to be a
complete way of managing those mailboxes.  The point is when you view a
message in the Virtual INBOX, it is removed from the Virtual INBOX list.  I
don't want to have to cycle through a list of deleted messages in my Virtual
INBOX just to get to the new messages.  This would make the Virtual INBOX no
different than the regular INBOX. 

This whole argument is pointless anyway since we now ALWAYS mark the message
as seen when deleteing when not using a Trash folder - or else these
deleted/unseen messages screw up the new message counts.
